Wow a porkchop doing the bicycle. Now I’ve seen it all.

I don’t know what that was but it is the worst bicycle in advanced pilates I have ever seen–should be far more controlled, and the move is straight up using the abs only and base of triceps–then moving the legs only forward from the centre line in small movements, for advanced.
