Which one is better to lose fat and burns more calories?

The one that will be better for you is the one that you will use regularly – Both will burn calories and help you lose weight, but the real question is: which one will you use? I personally prefer a recumbent bike, I find that I will use it for longer periods of time than the others.
Pick the one that you know you will commit to regular workouts.

I like the elliptical, but the stairclimber burns the most out of all the machines. Either way try doing intervals, it keeps your body from getting used to a movement and therefore burning less calories. You can get a good workout on any of the machines though.
