Oh and are protein shakes really worth it?

eat alot of meat protein is the best thing to getting swole and alsobuy some protein powder drink it with milk because it has the alot of protein
also lift weights daily and do alot of push ups

Do that program if you can. If you cant, try to make your own variation of it, but thats the best that it gets for gaining weight. I’m 6’1. I use to be 155lbs. Im 200lbs now. You need to lift heavy, and eat food. Protein shakes definitely make life easier, but they arent necessary. Drink lots of whole milk. 1 glass with each meal is a good start. Eat eggs, all of them. Peanut butter/banana sandwiches. Mixed nuts, make your own trail mix.
