i want a good multigym or a bench press for my home but dont no were abouts to get one from
so does anyone no a good but cheap website to get one from.
Multigyms are excellent but have their limitations. For one, they take up a lot of space.
They allow you to exercise on your own with heavy weights. However, they don’t push your body in the same way as free weights. Just typ in multi gym into google. I’m sure there will be hundreds of websites. Argos used to sell them?

They are a big rip-off. You will use it twice and then forget that it exists.
